Arcs Boutique Hotel | 2019
The Arcs Boutique Hotel in Mykonos was a new project with many interesting elements that had to be implemented into its brand identity. The name was inspired by the architect, Dimitris Nikolaidis, who designed the hotel with the concept of the arc as a central architectural element of the building. In addition to that, the Arcs would become a boutique hotel that combined the luxury of the villa with the high-end service of a hotel.
This was a brand design project from the conception all the way to implementation with the partnership of Tourism Mentor Greece, who was in charge of operations. We designed the logo holding the architectural element but considering the possibilities of this logo in artistic applications, such as a metal sculpture at the entrance of the hotel. Additionally, we created all the web content, named the villas and suites types, created the descriptions for the channel managers as well as the website and designed and printed all the material needed for the operation of the hotel.
One of the most important parts of the art direction of the branding was selecting partners for the audiovisual material. The photo content was created by Anima Vision who captured the hotel perfectly, highlighting the structure’s advantages and elevating the visual content of the website and social media. The video content, that was centered around the guest experience, was created by The Global Child TV, a team of amazing people who know how to create engaging content from their travels.
